Share problem, not working ( pending )

Hi, I'm trying to share a notebook, the person receives the email, clicks on the link but when accessing nothing appears. And for me the word pending appears in front of her email.
The only way that worked was to create a shareable link to a note, but I wanted the person to have access to the entire notebook shared without having to click a link.
We use the free account.
What could be happening?

Hi.  How long have you and the share-ee been Evernote users?  Evernote doesn't allow shares on brand new accounts to avoid spam.  They activate sharing after a couple of days.
