notes don't sync

Previously i have not faced any syncin issues but now i have hard time to sync notes. I modified note on desktop and then tried to open that in mobile app -> didn't see that note until i searched it.

Then when editin that note in mobile app, the changes does not come to the destop app at all.

How do i sync notes manually?

On Windows desktop Ctrl+R. On mobile Settings/Sync.

I'm having a related issue. On the desktop app, when I refresh, I receive changes made on the web or other devices. However, changes I make on the desktop app are not syncing on those other devices. I've tried ctrl+R and it doesn't fix the issue.
