Upgrade issue - missing tools in font toolbar

When I upgraded to both professional and updated my desktop app, I can no longer find the "separation line" that was in the font formatting tool bar. It's a simple thing, but was very useful. Can someone help find out where it now is? I have pasted the line below for reference. I copied and pasted it from an old note.

It is available under the Insert menu as Divider.

You can also type three dashes followed by space or enter to create one.

This is by far the easiest way of doing it. Three equal signs also do it.

... and Ctrl+Shift+- (minus/underscore on top keyboard row).

For clarification, Insert menu is the blue circle with a ➕ at top left.
