Task Reminder on iPhone 14 Pro Max has no sound when displaying, missing reminders

Hi all,

Search forum and google and cannot find this answer.

I have a 14 Pro Max and have just migrated everything to EN including my tasks. I have some tasks to alert me at certain times in the day (as I did in the native Reminders app). However, when the time comes, the pop up shows on my screen but there is no sound notifying me of the alert.

I have verified SOUNDS AND HAPTICS setting. 

I have verified NOTIFICATIONS setting,

I have my ringer on and volume confirmed at 100%.

I also tested with REMINDERS app again and it does work with it, so seems to be app dependent.

Any thoughts?
