coqqy 0
I started having issues with the Evernote app yesterday - kept crashing every time I opened it on my Samsung Galaxy 10+. Uninstalled the app and re-installed. Since then, when I try to login using Google and selecting one of the Google accounts I have on my phone, Evernote opens the wrong account (one that has no notes) rather than the one I selected (which has 1000s). If I try to login using the email address and password, I get "Error permission denied". I do not have any issues logging into the correct account on a desktop using a web browser or on a spare android phone which probably has an older version of the app. Link to comment
Neil Maxfield 155
Hey. Sounds weird. Bear in mind this is peer to peer, so have you reached out to EN support? https://evernote.com/contact Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,936 Posted November 21, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted November 21, 2022 If the "login by ..." is set up to the wrong account, there is not much EN can do about it. Log in using the email address and password you used before setting up this "login by ..." stuff. It could have been so cozy between EN and yourself. Why, oh why did you make it a "menage a trois" ? To sort it out, you can contact support as well, as already proposed. Link to comment
