0 Neil Maxfield 155
Hello my friend. This is clearly an unexpected problem, and let's not forget this is a peer to peer forum. Given that I haven't had this experience before it's difficult to advise. Can I suggest you raise an official support ticket through here https://evernote.com/contact. Let us know how you get on and have a great day 1 Link to comment
0 Level 5 PinkElephant 8,696 Posted November 5, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted November 5, 2022 There is ongoing server maintenance. If this is the problem, it should bounce back after appr. half an hour. Maybe wait a little (initial posting was 32 minutes ago), and see if it works again. You can go offline as well. Don’t log out in this case, because offline only works when you were logged in before. 1 Link to comment
0 Zoh_Ran 0
I don't think the issue is linked to maintenance. I've been having this issue on and off since a couple of months. Opened a ticket a couple of days ago to see if support can help. They weren't able to solve the last time. -z Link to comment
