Make an indent shorcut to actually indent text inside table, not jumping between tables

The indent option inside tables jump from one table to another. For that reason there isn't any shortcut to indent text and I have to do it by mouse. These are the steps:

• In my case I have vertical screen and that why I have to click on more first
• Then click on indent 

I want a shortcut for these please. I used table all the time because is one of the best ways to take notes on class and general for studying. Even the templates that Evernote itself recommends are going in that way. So ¿Why is not any option for this? I have to do these two steps like a 100 times per day and is a such a waste of time.
