There are release notes for all existing versions on the help pages. Here the page for windows: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061990413 Only the last version will be missing in this list - once a new one is released, the prior one is moved to this help document. The best way to keep older versions is to save the installer. If you don’t have it any more, you need to use site like FileHippo to get older versions. From experience they will probably not have every single version available. EN does not comment on future versions prior to releasing them. Link to comment
