Dead/inaccessible notes still listed/displayed in the "Shared with Me" section

The annoying problems/issues with the note sharing on Evernote:

When an individual note is shared it gets listed in the "shared with me" section for the recipient. However — 

1. Even if the access is withdrawn, or the note is deleted – it's name (along with the "add" option) will NOT disappear from the "shared with me" section of the recipient. (However the names of the shared notebooks disappear in this case)

2. Once the recipient adds the note they can not leave/un-add it. (However the recipient can leave the shared notebooks).

So basically once a note is shared it will never disappear from recipient's "shared with me" section irrespective of the access rights or even the existence of the note. This leads to the listing of dead / inaccessible notes at recipient's end. This is annoying.

This issue needs to be fixed. Atleast make the sharing of individual notes similar to that of the notebooks where the notebooks disappear once the owner either revokes the rights or deletes them.
