Full page clips always timeout SRLZ/SERIALIZE_TIMEOUT

Is there anyway to increase the timeout?

It seems the clipper will continue progressing after clicking "Wait" when Chrome's "End Task" or "Wait" dialog pops up.

However the clipper already timed out.

Adding on, it only happens when the page is really long.

Specifically, it's successful when I display 20 posts instead of 50 posts of a forum.

Using Mac 12.6 with Chrome 106.0.5249.119 latest as of writing, Clipper 7.27.0.412-aee3027.

I've never seen the web clipper time out like this. Do you experience this with all websites or with one or two specific?

This feels like a website waiting for a login which the web clipper cannot provide so the whole process fails. But we would need more information to give better advice.

Hmmn.  I've not seen that error before either...  what device,  OS and browser are you using?

Updated with device and versions. Don't think it's really a technical issue as it's successful if the page is shorter.

Probably just need a way to increase the timeout.

It timed out rather quickly currently. Guessing around 10-15 secs? Won't mind waiting for as long as it needs actually.

Clipping sometimes takes a lot longer than 10-15sec, depending on the website.

No, to me it looks like something going into a loop, and a software trigger stops the loop because it believes it will run infinitely.

There are no parameters to set.

Contact support, including the URL that fails.

You could tell us the URL as well, we may give it a try.

Commenting because I'm getting similar errors on longer Reddit pages, and have been for a few weeks now.

For example, this URL: https://www.reddit.com/r/EDH/comments/f5qesd/non_basic_land_hate_without_being_a_jerk/

Notably, I'm getting the same error whether I attempt clipping in Firefox OR Chrome.

Desktop computer, Win 10 (fully updated)

Hmmn.  Not a major problem - took a minute or two to save a 2MB note.  Maybe connection speed is an issue?

Took 15 seconds on my Mac to clip, note size 2 MB.

It seems there is a ***** internet connection as root cause here.
