My Evernote tasks keeps glitching

Pretty much every time I write up a Task in Evernote it will either start making me write in the task or space bar slot below it, add a new empty tasks or it will delete half of the tasks I have written. its starting to get really frustrating I have tried logging in and out, emptying my trash and deleting the app, but nothing seems to work. this is happening on both my computer evernote and my phone evernote. could really use some help here. this started a few days ago and I've been using Evernote for 2 month and this hasn't happened till now.
