Images not showing in note and placeholder snapshot.jpg

Running EN on multiple pc and android devices. I have a note with two images. When I open the note on the desktop or on Samsung Ultra S22 phone the image is there. On a new Samsung S8 Ultra tab there are only placeholders saying snapshot.jpg but no images in the body of the note. Tried searching for this issue but snapshop.jpg comes up with nothing. Any ideas? Thank you

The images need to load from the server. Mobile doesn't hold local data like attachments.

Try log out of your account on the S8, restart the phone and log back in.

Hi.  Are you able to download the image from the note to your Samsung?  Can you then open the file?  -Just trying to see whether the image is not being synced from the server,  or whether it is synced but is not visible in the note...

Thank you. I restarted and sync and the images are back. I appreciate your advice.
