Notebook can't be loaded

Hi everyone,
I can't access one of my notebooks, and it always looks like loading; however, I can see the memo in this notebook on the home page.
I have uploaded Evernote to the latest version of win10, and it works well on my iPhone and Mac versions...

In others win10 computers, the issue still exists.
