Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted October 10, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted October 10, 2022 The usual reason for this sort of thing is that it's easy to accidentally create a new account and you may have logged into a new 'empty' account. If you're a 'free' user, it's also possible that you have exceeded the device limit and you're not authorised to access your account through whatever device you used.
