I recently joined Evernote. I see the plan but I cannot understand so any one here to help me chooser the plan for me? thanks

Hi.  Best plan would be to start out with the free version to see whether the application is what you need.  If you find it useful,  move on to the Personal level.  As a new free user,  you may have "50% off" offers to help you transition onto a paid level.
