AdmiralP 83
I'm using EN for Windows 10.45.18 om a Windows 11 PC, in my Chrome browser I have the Web Clipper extension 7.26.3 Have used Web Clipper functionality regularly to clip web pages into EN, using the options provided in the dialog to choose clip form, at, destination notebook and tag(s). However, the destination notebook option seems to be at fault - it shows one of my notebooks (not the default one), and when I collect the down arrow to specify a notebook, the DFind function doesn't find the notebook I enter, and the lsist of available notebooks is not complete, so I can't select the one I want... Anyone got any clues as to why this behavior is happening and how I can get a working web clipper back? Link to comment
Level 5 Solution PinkElephant 7,912 Posted September 28, 2022 Level 5 Solution Share Posted September 28, 2022 Try to log out of your account in web clipper settings, close the browser, open it, open web clipper and log back in. This should draw fresh metadata from the server. Link to comment
AdmiralP 83
Hmmm... removing and reinstalling web clipper seems to have done the trick! Maybe connected to my recent move from a Win10 PC to a Win11 laptop. Thought I had transferred my Chtome Google Profiles OK - all extensions showing up in browser on new machine, but...?
