weathergeek 0 Posted September 22, 2022 Posted September 22, 2022 I just bought a new Android phone and after I went through the whole Samsung Switch process Evernote made it to the new phone but none of the data did. Any ideas on how to fix this?

The data will then sync to the device. Case you are on a Free account, make a last sync on the old phone (app settings, synchronization). Then log out of the app, and use your second device to withdraw the old phone from the account (account settings, tab devices). If you are on a subscription, just make a last sync, and log out on the old phone. It will not harm to skip the old device as well, but it is technically not necessary. Then Free or Sub can log into the app on the new device. Let it open while it downloads the initial chuck of data from the server.
