ha-kg 19
We have to live now 2 Years with Evernote 10 and there was an amendment in the subject. In German, it has changed form "coming soon" to "available soon" Hartmut , Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,105 Posted September 20, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted September 20, 2022 It is a non issue - the imported files will just sit there a little, doing nothing, especially doing no harm either. In fact they work as a sort of backup for the import function. Go to the folder from time to time, select all, delete. Or if you like write a script that does it for you. If you have more 1st world problems, make a list, watch it, throw it into the round folder and forget about it. Just my opinion … 1 Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,105 Posted October 5, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted October 5, 2022 In my opinion a typical 1st world problem. Unimportant, does not damage anything to keep the files until manually deleted. EN better keeps the devs on more productive issues. But always good for a nagging post, isn’t it ?! Link to comment
Isegrimm 1
Hi PinkElephant, this is just you judging other people's priorities. If something is promised and not delivered, it should not be commented on because it's a 1st world problem? Also it's not just your 2 cents. You're making it a point to get your view across, twice. In that train of thought we can get rid of virtually all development work worldwide, because there will always be someone who thinks a new feature is unimportant and is just about people nagging. I agree it's not the end of the world that Evernote doesn't delete imported files anymore, but it's a feature can be helpful to people. 1 Link to comment
