PDF annotations saved upside down/reverse text

Can anyone tell me how to reverse this ?

If you would post a picture, it would be easier to understand what you want to reverse.

First: How was the pdf created ?

Secondly: If you save the pdf from the note to the disk, and open it with another app (PDF reader): How does it show, correctly or reversed as well.
