SCloughley 0
I have the free version, with a Windows notebook and an Android Galaxy S21 as registered devices. I got an email earlier today saying someone in Mexico had tried to access my account, was it me? It was not, so I chose the option to revoke access for the device that I did not recognize. I did all this on my phone and it seemed to work. But now my Evernote app (on Galaxy) assumes I'm a new customer even though I use the same login as my Windows account - where Evernote on Windows continues to work fine. I tried uninstalling from my Galaxy and reinstalling, same problem. When I look (on Windows) at registered devices, it show the two correct devices correct - my Notebook and the Galaxy that seems to think I'm a newbie. Can anyone suggest what I can do to simply get my Android to see my Evernote data? Many thanks Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,103 Posted October 14, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted October 14, 2022 If it thinks you are a new user, you likely used a different user name. One typo is enough to open a new account. Log out, close and restart the app, and try a new login. Make sure it is typed exactly as when you opened the account. Link to comment
