Why was I suddenly logged out by Evernote?

I was in the middle of typing some things in Evernote log me out and told me to upgrade my plan. I was already paying premium plan every year. What will happen to my files? Will thy disappeared?

Seems your account status was not properly reflected.

And no, no data is in danger - when an account downgrades to Free, all data is kept. But of course a lot of features are missing.

Will do that. It’s also so frustrating that I can’t contact support even though I was already on Premium.

Usually if you use the link provided you will be able to create a ticket with the ticket type Account and Payment&Billing. I would not use a mobile device, since the mobile browser versions are not working well with the EN website.
