Skitch Snapshot Only Grabbing Desktop, not opened applications

Hi. For some reason my Crosshair Snapshot or Full Screen Snapshot in Skitch now only show my desktop as opposed to any applications I have open. This has been going on for some time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the App. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Have you authorized Skitch for Screen recording in MacOS settings, Security, Privacy ?

This is it exactly - you have to allow Skitch and Skitch Helper
