Encryted text in note is gone

Hi

I had a section encrypted in one note and edited it last night. After encrypting it again i press enter to confirm ecrypting password and its gone, all thats left is the letter "s". 
Any way to get the section back?

Will buying evernote premium make me be able to go back in history and choose the note from an earlier date?

It should do.  No guarantees,  but there is a very good chance - buy a month or two of Personal cover to check.  As a subscriber you also get to talk to Support who may be able to help...
