The problem only starts when you are already in account settings, and now hit the Payment tab. Correct ? When I try, it takes a little for the Payment page to load. It looks exactly as in your screenshot, but it terminates itself after 10 seconds, and then the page shows. This is different to the other settings tabs, that open directly. I assume that it needs to call another system in the background - this causes the delay. If that system is down, the page won’t open. Conclusion: Wait another day, try again. Link to comment

bmcl26 488 Posted November 21, 2023 Share Posted November 21, 2023 I know it is no consolation, but mine works fine, and I can access it. As at least two (possibly more) are now reporting this, the only advice I can give is to create a support ticket and wait in the queue. Hopefully, there will be a quick fix. 1 Link to comment
