I'm having considerable trouble dragging new tags into parents. My tag list (even contracted) is long enough that I have to drag-to-scroll the tag up or down to the parent I want to add it to. The problem is that the scroll happens so fast (no matter how incrementally I try to dial back the scroll speed) and I am constantly overshooting the target parent. This is a real workflow (and obscenity-eliciting) issue. Is there some attention to the drag n drop scroll speed UI control (whatever that may be called) that is not being ideally implemented?
