Paid for a month and downgraded automatically after 19 days

I paid for a month on the personal plan 8/12/2022, INV11423432, and today was downgraded to the free account. I exceeded the storage allotment of the free plan so now my account is unusable. I only received 19 days of use and now am inconvenienced in my workflow. Can someone please help me because now I don't have access to tech support because of the free account status. This is enough to make me leave EN, and I've been a member since 2008.
