Alicia Williams 0
I want to create a template that has a recurring task list. I am able to recreate the note by duplicating it, and the tasks work fine. But if I save a template of the note, the tasks do not transfer over. Everything I've read seems to say that only notes can contain task lists. I would prefer to create a template that will allow the original tasks to be indicated on each note. anyone have a workaround, or any tips for me? Link to comment

If you make this note a shortcut you can duplicate or copy it directly from the side bar by right clicking it. That is probably faster than the template route. 1 Link to comment

NB this works in the Windows desktop app, but not in the Web client, where the right-click menu is controlled by the browser. 1 Link to comment
