(Archived) Freezes on Launch

I can't seem to use the desktop client for Mac - at all. Every time I start it up it freezes immediately. Is something borked or what?

Running 10.6.5 on a 2.4 Core 2 Duo.

Are there known conflicts or something? It just launches and then rainbow-balls me for an hour - can't even enter my account info, so no migration or anything has occurred.

Help?

This is a bug in 2.0 beta that we're investigating. If this is affecting you, we'd recommend staying with the released version until 2.0 is released.
