Duplicate notes across devices

I've been suffering from these issues for a long time.
Notes overlaps, duplicate themselves just like the screenshot/video. How can I fix this? Have you ever experienced that?

I am using an iOS device, my girlfriend is using here account on an iOS device (shared notes) and also on MacOS.

It would be enormously appreciated if you can help me.

Hi.  Lots of complaints here about duplications,  lots of suggestions as to how to reduce / avoid them.  I'd suggest you have a search around and see what you can find...
