Can't Create New Notes in Mac App or Web & Can't Email Notes

Since last week, I haven't been able to create any new notes in Evernote on my Mac via the app or browser. I also receive an error message and bounceback message when trying to email notes to my Evernote address. I'm on version 10.42.7 of the app and have tried changing preferences to store local data on my device and creating a new directory folder, but nothing is working. 

Ideas?

I also cannot create new notes on mobile, using an Android phone.

The note creation issue might be resolved by rebuilding your data but with the Email issue as well I'd recommend that you open a support ticket.

One question to check... What subscription level address you on?
