Account Not Upgrading

Yesterday I implemented teams and lost all my personal items from my free version  I sent an invite to my boss who has professional version, but he did not get the invite that said, "you are already using Evernote"  we'll help you change it.

Will he lose everything in his professional account (this is substantial) when he goes to teams as I did?

Why didn't it recogonize that he had an Evernote account?

A switch to Teams should be accompanied by EN sales or the special Teams support.

Contact them before you move, m and it saves you a lot of potential trouble.

The philosophy is that the data in the old account is treated as personal, if not otherwise designated. EN could not risk to expose user data to the company admin without a clear transition strategy. It seems this is missing in your case.
