支払いに使用するクレジットカードを変更したい

インターネットで調べると、

「お支払い方法」の横に表示される「更新」を選択する。

とありますが、お支払い方法には現在のカード情報が表示されますが、「更新」が見つかりません。

どうしたら「更新」が表示されますか？

It depends what payment method you use currently. If you pay by iTunes or GooglePlay, you can’t change the credit card information. I think this is the most likely reason you get no update button.
