amini1 1
I'm trying to share my notes from Penultimate and it looks like the only way is via Evernote. My problem is Evernote seems to have stopped synching with Penultimate in September of last year. I've been a paid user since 2011. I can't find a way to contact Evernote so I've posted this. Sorry if it's the wrong place. From reading around I see I probably should find a new way to take notes as Penultimate isn't really being updated but I need to get the current notes out of there and can't figure it out. Thanks! Level 5 PinkElephant 8,075 Posted August 2, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted August 2, 2022 Penultimate syncs - if it doesn’t, uninstall, restart the iOS device, reinstall and connect with your EN account. Caution: Uninstalling will destroy everything you may have created, and stored unsynced just in the app. You can save by taking screenshots and saving them to the camera roll. These can be shared to EN if you wish. Support contact: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or in the iOS app, settings, support Link to comment
amini1 1
Thank you. For fear of losing my notes on the iPad by doing a reinstall I tried exporting what I had on the 10.37.3 version of EN on my Macbook. I couldn't even get it to do that. I was getting some error that said something about not being able to remove tags. I shut that down, restarted and all 400+ Penultimate notes appeared. It must have been stuck somewhere in the sync process. Thanks again for your response. 1 Link to comment
