Content gone

Hi everyone, Evernote has been working and not working for a while now. Some time ago all the contents disappeared, after some time they were back. Now it happened again: I logged in and there is nothing: what should I do? Thank you

Hi. Most frequent cause of content disappearing completely is logging in to the wrong account - try logging out and back in again,  and pay special attention to make sure you're seeing the 'log in' prompts instead of 'sign up'....

To piggyback here, make sure you're signing into your account correctly: If you used a Google Mail account to create your Evernote account, make sure you click the "Sign in with Google" button.

actually, I try sign in with google, but without succeeding: when I try to log in, it does it but sends me back to my account with the email ... why?

Why … don‘t you ask support ?

Login problems are often difficult to solve without access to the log files (and no, we don‘t want and read log files here, we are other users).

Ahahahahahaha, ok. I thought it happened to others too. Now I try to hear technical support, thanks 😉
