How do I change my default folder?

Whenever I create a new note it automatically starts in a folder I had archived. How do I change the folder where notes are first created? Thanks in advance.

Which operating ststem? In Windows (and web and probably Mac) you need to go to the notebook screen and either right click the desired notebook or use the three dots menu and choose "set as default notebook"
