Robboguitarist 0
Is it possible to upload a photo of handwritten notes and Evernote convert them to text? Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,741 Posted July 18, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted July 18, 2022 No. EN will make text in pictures and PDFs searchable. For handwriting as well, as long as it is in picture files (not in PDFs). It will not extract text. Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,057 Posted July 18, 2022 Evernote Expert Share Posted July 18, 2022 You could achieve this with the Rocket Book system. You can even do this without purchasing Rocket Book equipment. Just download the free mobile app and print their downloadable marked up paper and print and use to take hand written notes. Rocket Book will upload the resulting output to a number of other applications including Evernote. 1 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,741 Posted July 18, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted July 18, 2022 There is a number of apps that will make a picture to text conversion. To add a free app for the Mac, „Owl OCR“ will do this job (and more), even on older Macs. On younger Macs (Apple Silicon and recent Intel Macs) with at least MacOS 12 the Photos app will do the trick as well. Link to comment
