For some websites, Evernote's web clipper does not work well.

As shown in the following picture, depending on the target website, the bottom edge of the clipper is below the bottom edge of the browser, yet it is not scrollable, so the bottom UI of the clipper cannot be manipulated.

The web clipper always shows for me at the top right of any website window. No issues like described as long as the browser window is large enough.
