The billing information page is blank and cannot be upgraded.

I had about 200 points.
When I tried to renew today using my points, the "billing information" page is blank and I can't do anything.

To be exact, the top bar and the menu bar on the left are visible, only the body is blank.

Same situation in Chrome, FireFox, Edge, IE all.

Can someone please help me?
