Scannable not working properly

Suddenly my Scannable has stopped working. It’s been a few months and been frustrating. Sometimes it sends a text 20 minutes later sometimes few hours later sometimes never. I have read and checked the settings etc. does anybody have any ideas. I have an iphone.

This app integration is sort of special it seems.

Better ask support, attach an activity log.
