Unable to redeem student benefits

Hello there, i was trying to get student benefits for my evernote personal upgrade and succesfully done the procedures but when i trying to pay on web its showing 50% off but since the rbi ( Reserve bank of india) guidelines i cant pay thru  card ..showing me to pay thru  goolgle play store  ( but when i tried to pay in app its showing the actual normal amount not the discounted price)

Please help me to sort this issue !
