None of my notebooks display in the app & the app just loads

The most common reason is that it is very easy to create a second account in error. Then you are looking inside an empty account.

Check your username and password.

But Im telling you the app just loads, its stuck in something. This is not a new issue. Tried all basic solutions for a longer time now and its just the same every time I install it. I log in with the same account everytime, well I only have one account. 

Platform is Android (version 10).

Then, since you are certain of the problem, you should raise a support ticket with Evernote.
