How to use iphone shortcut to create a task in a note

Hello all! I would like to make a apple iphone shortcut to add a task to a note. Currently I have it partially working, I can ask Siri to append a note and she does it. Problem is, it just appends text to the note and not a task (checkbox). Any ideas of how this can be done are appreciated.

I've tried the [] markdown but it just puts the brackets into the note instead of the checkbox.

The new clients run inside of a framework.

Up to now we (other users) could not make them accept automations, not by Siri, not by the Shortcuts app, not by Apple Script.

Feel free to try, but I think it will not work.
