Uli Berger 0
How can I share all my Evernote notes with someone over the internet for read only? He would need to be able to log into my account but only get a read only share. If that is not possible, can I share a batch with someone for read only? I can only find the option to share individual notes. With around 500 notes this is not practical. Best regards, Uli Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 5,153 Posted June 20, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted June 20, 2022 The easiest setup is to share a complete notebook, or if necessary a selection of notebooks. You move a note into the shared notebook - it is shared. You move it out of the notebook - the sharing stops for this note, but continues for others. There are 3 levels of access: Read only, Read and edit, Read, edit & invite others. They are always set for the whole notebook, with regard to a person that receives the share. 1 Link to comment

Ah, you can only add status to notebooks: Read only. In this notebook I can edit the posts normally and the invitee can only read. That helps me, thank you very much. Level 5 PinkElephant 5,153 Posted June 21, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted June 21, 2022 Just one little reminder: Before deleting a note, move it out of the shared notebook first - or unshared the whole notebook before deleting. When a note gets deleted without being unshared, an „orphaned“ copy may stay on in the recipients account. It can be hard to delete there. 1 Link to comment
