ronsarlo 0
Hi, I'm gettting a prompt of dropping a device I do not own. This is not the first time I'm getting this prompt. Previously there have been iPhones popping up on this list. 1. I do not own any iPhones. Never have. 2. I do not share my Evernote account with anybody 3. I do not even known anybody with a 10 year old Nokia phone 🤷♂️ What's going on here? What's the best way to check if there are authorized users somehow added to my account, or best way to secure my account? Thank you. Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 4,193 Posted Saturday at 12:58 AM Level 5 Share Posted Saturday at 12:58 AM „1 month later“ is not the way to react if your account security is compromised … The advise is still the same. However I would not be surprised if you could not even manage your own account any more. In this Case contact support. Link to comment
WilliamL 277
Oh golly! I hope you have nothing sensitive in your account. You need to contact support but equally - get to your account, change your password, enable two factor authentication, pull any device or access you don’t know for certain is yours. There is a chance you won’t be able to do that as whoever is accessing your account may have taken control of it, if that’s the case, as said above contact support. If you still have control though act quickly to get your account secure. Link to comment
