ウインドウズ版でノートの新規作成から、「ギャラリーを開く」をクリックすると

テンプレートギャラリーが表示されず、回転するマークだけが表示されます。

一方、ウエッブ版ではテンプレートギャラリーを開くことができます。

何が原因なのかアドバイスをお願いしますす。
