We have released Evernote for Windows 10.39.

It is available now via the Windows Store and as a direct download version from our website. If you are already running one of these versions, we are progressively rolling out to compatible devices and the new version will be available on all supported operating systems within 7 days. New to Evernote for Windows 10.39

• You can now drag and drop notes from the note list into a note to create a note link to the dragged note.
• Dragging and dropping notes to create note links also works when selecting multiple notes at once. The pasted list of note links follows your click order, and can be added to bulleted or numbered lists to quickly create a table of contents.
• Additional keyboard navigation improvements have been made to allow movement between the editor and the editor formatting bar to be easier.  
• We've added a new keyboard shortcut to help speed up your workflows. From inside the editor, instantly jump to the formatting bar by typing Alt + Ctrl + F10 on Windows or Fn + Opt + F10 on Mac.
• Instead of typing Ctrl + K or Cmd + K or hitting the “insert” button to add links into notes with text, you can now copy a URL, highlight some text, and paste it.
