paulburke1970 0
My Evernote desktop app won't allow me to move notes from one folder to another. I am able to move notes on my iOS app. When I attempt to move a note, a dialogue box pops up with the phrase "No matches found" so that I have no choice where to move the note. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, turning the computer off/on, and changing the default notebook without any success. Level 5 PinkElephant 8,066 Posted June 7, 2022 Level 5 Share Posted June 7, 2022 For me it works with v10.38, without any problem. I think your local database is broken. To replace it by a copy of the server data, you can follow this procedure (Mac): Quit Evernote (cmd-Q, not only closing the app) Open Finder From the menu bar select Go > Go To Folder... Paste ~/Library/Application Support/ and press Go. If you don't find this directory, try ~/Library/Containers/com.evernote.Evernote/Data/Library/Application Support/ and press Go. Locate the folder titled Evernote and rename it to Evernote.old. Restart the Mac Launch Evernote and sign in. Link to comment
