Getting Invalid Username when requesting an API Key

When attempting to request an API Key, the message is being displayed "Invalid Username" when I use my username (email).

What is happening?

Have same issue. and I mast have premium to contact suuport. it isn't correct to pay in situation when I just want to ask question about getting api key

If you want to use the API, it is probably not for leisurely use.

So yes, I think for every professional use you should be a subscriber. We users here are happy to help, but we tell what we know. This is little about coding and API access. I do not remember a lot of devs sharing here in the forum.
