Evernote does not load

I already tried to uninstall and reinstall Evernote but the issue persists.

I start Evernote and I get the loading window below. But it never loads.

I tried opening via Chrome and it worked.

This started happening today. Any ideas?

Did you completely uninstall, using an app like AppCleaner ? All program parts need to go, including the local database. The Macs Uninstaller won’t touch ist, since it is a data folder.

Then restart the Mac, and install from the EN website.

Solution to the problem:

(1) Delete app

(2) Delete Evernote folders in Documets>Library

(3) Reinstall App

This is basically what AppCleaner does: Identify all program components, give the user a selection of what to keep and what to erase, execute.

Because uninstalling is something that needs to be done from time to time, IMHO it is worth to get an app like this. AppCleaner is free.
