Unable to Integrate iNote Plugin in Jetbrains Webstorm

Guys i am trying to integrate this plugin with jetbrains webstorm but it seems that there are some sort of problems. for example

1. I am unable to create production token. Even Evernote team responded with token but it is not working.

2. How can i resolve this error.
